per the fanbook shimazakis the oldest member of the group and hes like... 31. i dunno if this is just an 'anime is allergic to people over 35' thing or a deliberate storytelling choice

YEAH the mutual trust is a big big part of serirei to me so anytime that trust gets called into question because reigen refuses to open up im just like. yesss hahaha Yes

i bet it frustrates serizawa more because hes been there too but every time he tries to bring it up to let reigen know he can talk about it with him he just deflects and it makes serizawa wanna bang his head on his desk over and over :)

i also dont personally think serizawa is actually from seasoning city, i think hes probably from a smaller city like an hour/hour and a half outside of it, maybe farther
