Do you guys know how happy each review makes me?

And they really help with visibility too so if you want to make my day please leave a review.

I STILL haven't brought myself to play Silksong even though it's in Gamepass. I guess I'm petty like that! 🤣
No but honestly it's just not my cup of tea. I'm absolutely fine with others enjoying it so much!

Do you know what this is?

We aimed to make Casebook 1899 historically accurate. So much so, in fact that we could sadly not use fingerprinting in a case, which came to Germany in 1903 (in nearby Dresden!)

Yeah, im just happy the genres were so different in my case. Launching against such a story-heqvy juggernaut must have been a nightmare! Luckily Witcher 3 was quite buggy at initial release if I remember correctly?

Did you know -- in 1899, a police officer would be expected to use the back entrance to the home of an important person, for fear of creating a scandal! Here, despite his lower social standing, even the butler can send Kreiser to the back.

Möbius can enter though. Typical. 🙄

Two weeks after the release of Casebook 1899 I'm looking back: was it a good idea to release a game on the same day as the most wishlisted game ever?
And does German-only voice-acting help or hinder international success?

German Adventure Casebook 1899 – The Leipzig Murders launched the same day as Silksong. In his article, dev Gregor Müller @homonarransstudio.bsky.social is looking back at the launch, the condition of a uniquely German-voiced game and crowdfunding as a tool.

Sorry, this was meant more as a joke. You're right, there are great point and click games being developed everywhere.
But Germany does have a bigger player base and slightly more developers than most other places I'd say.

🤫 I don't think they ever went away, they only emigrated to Germany.
