Kinda need people to understand that "propaganda" isn't a description of how untrue information is, it's not synonymous with "lies", and that effective propaganda is often at least based on factual information.

I see people bring up the CIA promoting abstract expressionist art sometimes to, I guess, discredit it, but that shit was really good. Rothko, Godwin, Pollock, they're great! I mean, I don't like why the CIA was promoting art, but compared to everything else they've done it doesn't seem so bad.
