update: we were able to pay off the moving company that held our furniture, but we are still desperately struggling and really really need food and toiletries, along with multiple unpaid bills. i’m sorry that i’m begging on the internet at this point but please literally anything helps. ❤️‍🩹

hi everyone. i'm remaking this post with specifics to hopefully get us some help. my mom and i have been homeless for about 3 months now. we were victims of an apartment scam. we found a place on craigslist, and it turned out to be a scam. we've been living in hotels since then. we did not see this coming as we even had a lawyer look over the lease the scammer drew up. my mother works full time, but it's just not enough with everything we have going on right now. currently, our moving company is holding all of our life's belongings, but they want $4200
total and $1000 for every month we have to store our things with them. we are trying to pay this off so we can have possession of our belongings and move them into a storage center of our choosing, which would be much cheaper. we are also paying for a hotel, as i cannot stay in a shelter with my medical issues. i have a very specific diet and need to eat every 3-4 hours and i need access to a private bathroom as i have to go in and out a lot and can spend longer than the average person there(this is all due to gastroparesis) im terrified we are going to end up living out of my moms car.

i've put together a list of our expenses we need help with. we also need help with groceries, but there isn't an exact price for that, so it's not included in the list. we have a paypal, cashapp, venmo, and a gofundme where we can receive donations. paypal and cashapp are preferred as we can receive money. quicker that way. our gfm has more of our story if you'd like to read it. i'm sorry to remake this post again and beg people for help, but times are really tough and we are struggling. any help, donations, or shares are so appreciated. please help if you're able to. i also give permission for this to be spread anywhere that you can. thank you.
