That's speculation, I don't think there is irrefutable evidence of it. That said, those claims about Miquella usually come with a complete white washing of Mogh.

I'll believe you on that. I never played the genesis games until the Mega Collection, so I completely missed all that.

I was a Banjo kid and Im none of those things, but I kinda agree. I mostly blame 2012 era GG doing revisionist history on an audience that never played it. Kinda how ScrewAttack convinced a subsection of 40yr olds that Goldeneye was a good game.

My hot take is I think Sonic is also whiteboy coded.

I don't disagree with this, but I think the average gamer is just going to listen to a let's play in the background or read the manga.

That only makes me sad because I think the source is the best way to experience those stories.
