I completely understand this perspective. My concern when it comes to something like this is that one day there is a major policy change on discord or someone else buys it and everything you worked on goes poof.

I do think you make a great point about the Party Animals doing the exact same gimmick. Maybe the answer in a small party is to give each team its own identity. I mean it still would help with the quality of play but giving someone you're investing seeing win can really help overcome that.

The good news is that it seems to be pretty easy to figure out who was just randomly added, since their pages are super generic without any additional information.
