It is tho. Like 70% of the episode is just still-frames. Literally, in the newest episode there's a scene where two characters talk, and then the camera turns towards a wall with a pipe. For like 20 seconds we look at just a pipe

Dude same. Design change is not even that much of an issue, but Mizuki feels very... lifeless. Her talking with excitement and not even the slightest of change in her expression. No movement as well. Tragic.
