My brothers was Samsung also, I just don’t remember the version though. It was built like it had a case, but there was no case. He works outside in the mountains and that thing held up to everything! I think he still used it for music for a year after he got a new phone.

That’s the way! My brother is the same. He had this amazing unbreakable smart phone for about 10 years and it finally wasn’t able to load correctly and the screen was jumping. I think he’s only had 3 smart phones so far.

Charlotte is a good girl and brought me another mouse before 4am. 🫠We don’t have a mouse problem exactly, mice usually come in like this in the fall looking for a new place to live. Charlotte unfortunately for them, is a really good hunter. I will now attempt to sleep again.

Right! I try to hold out as long as I can, but with us changing providers the new phone is just $8 a month and waiting till next year would end up costing more. It just feels wasteful and disruptive. I’m not good at existing in the between state of things. So annoying! Also ate up 5 hours of my day

😮‍💨 I did it! Now I just have to keep sane while a million notifications for settings pop up and I try to make sure I can log in to everything.

Posting from my new phone and it feels weird. Also I’m afraid I’ll break it cause I don’t have a case or screen protector yet. 🫠

Also my number isn’t set up yet so I still have to go in and do that 🫠🫠

I’m a big JP fan and it just doesn’t hit at all anymore. I assumed it would be a let down so I never saw it in the theater.

I was disappointed with the cliff scene in Rebirth. We didn’t get any shots of good rock texture or a feeling of the open air, no labored breathing details or natural sweat. No drama when the rope broke. Things just happen. I didn’t believe in their fear IN A DINOSAUR MOVIE.

Texture and environment are so so important for a scene to be REAL. I’m someone that likes to talk about films as I watch them with someone. This video also took me back to my film critique class in college. I absolutely love imagining how they made a scene and why. It’s less fun when it’s post op.

Oh that’s so weird that you posted about this. It was front and center on YouTube this morning, I just finished watching it. Immersion in film really is so hard to come by now. Rebirth also had too many unnatural movements and plot holes in addition to the environment feeling flat af.
