When you report it to paypal make sure you also send an image of the conversation with the scammer where they told you to pay as friends and family for a commission as proof. This is against paypal's terms so it will hopefully get the scammer's account in hot water and likely locked down quicker.

Yeah, true. It's possible to compress, but the workarounds do add extra hassle.
How can there be so many file options but the good ones are barely compatible with most things or require being converted multiple times???
