I didn't realize 1.5mm solder isn't as thin as one would think. I ought to keep in mind that 1.5mm is ~0.0000164 football fields next time.

A couple of pins on the NE555 were shorted, and I have not gotten the array of LEDs to light up yet. The 555 may be shot because it's getting hot over a brief period of time. Please ignore my horrendous soldering.
