I think by saying Nancy is out of his depth, you are not only having a go at him but also the hierarchy- Tisdale and the Board.
It was the Board who put him there.
In general I don’t disagree with the sentiment of giving people time but, personally, have seen enough to know Nancy isn’t the answer.

Players need to take part of the blame but the manager sets the team up, picks who plays where and communicates to the players what their responsibilities are in the set up.
