After a 35 year absence I am back in Indiana. Looking forward to getting settled in my old/new home.
I am putting this out to try and get some information, and I hope the pictures might spur some interest. This quilt has been in my family for about 100 years, and I would like some information on how I can display it and keep it free from damage. DM me.

This the most disappointed I have been since moving back to Indiana. For miles on either side of MY house the installation was on my side of the highway. For the 1/4 mile stretch in front of MY house the cables are on the OTHER side of the road, meaning I will never be able to get off of Starlink.

My kids bought my wife a birdfy feeder so she can be a part of southern indiana while finishing up her last year in Switzerland. I think I will enjoy it just as much.

5 years ago my wife and I left our select comfort bed back in the US. We got our new one delivered today. I am going to be a good husband though and wait to sleep in it until she gets to the US next week. 😀

Got in from Wisconsin at midnight. 26 pound turkey in the roaster at 5:30 am. Now time to sit in the woods for s couple of hours and wait for a deer.

Laughing at all the people arguing about the price of turkey this thanksgiving. This picture was of a turkey in the grocery store in 2020 just outside Zurich. At the time it would have been about $115. And no way was it a 42 pound bird. Maybe 10 pounds.

Drove north to spend some time in the Wisconsin woods this weekend. Feeling a little guilty because my daughter came down to hunt in Indiana and she had to deal with trespass hunters. Proud though that she did.

I know a lot of people don’t like hunting, but to me there is nothing more peaceful than sitting 15 ft up in a tree listening to the squirrels and birds. Plus the benefit of steroid free protein.
