Just to be clear, this does NOT mean the case has been tossed. It simply means that oral argument has been canceled. We’ll see what comes next.
Georgia appeals court cancels arguments. Of all the Trump cases, this one might be the most aggravating. Willis’s relationship with Wade was an ethical lapse, but has nothing to do with Trump’s right to a fair trial or his guilt or innocence.
