The GI stuff is the worst. I mean all of this stuff isn't great but that's the one that absolutely has been keeping me from being able to leave my home. Hopefully my l glutamine will start to really help with that since it targets smooth muscle.

Appreciate the response thank you. Not much different than what I'm already doing. I'm also now adding acetyl l-carnitine, l-glutamine, and milk thistle.

So,unfortunately, am I. And I don't think we're alone. Last time this happened, we were contacted by our credit union about catastrophic loan options. Our creditors said "hey we got you!" This time none of that. Our CU said we'll contact you IF we do that...I feels like we've been abandoned.

Local resources cannot help me to pay my mortgage, or creditors. Cannot help me pay my homeowners insurance or car insurance. I've exhausted community resources. OR Fuel to go to the job that will not pay us til this is OVER.Now what?!!?!!?!

Our are called Market Match. Full value on the wood tokens and then equal amount of market bucks(ours are paper) that double the value.

One thing I have noticed is that there is one grocery chain that is always found in lower socioeconomic areas but has the HIGHEST grocery prices. I sense they were counting on SNAP and WIC recipients to help them haul in the bucks.

They were shallow people w/little of consequence to fulfill them. I used to have a corporate sew machine sales job that insisted "no bare legs". Must wear hosiery. Now I got to work w/no shower, deodorant, hosiery, or makeup and no worries. I go to work dirty, get dirtier, & THEN clean up. #farmlady

I wore minimal makeup at my spa job as a massage therapist.It still included moisturizer, concealer, foundation, blush and mascara. I was always showered with clean hair & I was always accused of not wearing makeup & made to feel like I wasn't working as hard as other employees to "look my best".

I'm seeing those remarks as well and they are so friggin tone deaf! I am a skilled gardener on that acre you speak of and it's not the cheap utopia they make it out to be. Time, labor, water, seed, fertility costs. It's a full time gig, only summer available and the food failure rate is high.

SNAP directly supports local farmers and farm stands as well as farmers markets. It allows farmers to DIRECT MARKET SELL to consumers. This means they receive full market value for their produce by selling directly to the SNAP participants instead of losing value through wholesalers.

It's been more than 30 years since I even attempted the project. Had a book on how to do it at one point I think my mother still has it. I couldn't get the sides to go up though so I ended up with just a trivet. Was fun but sticky.

The protein powders that had the highest concentrations of lead were the plant-based and vegan. 1 that had the least amount of concern was a whey based. Here's a link I found to an article I read listing manufacturers & pertinent details.

I've never seen one before that used green needles. Do they hold their color after they're dry as a result of their harvest?
