What's the "end plan" for items that are manufactured? What are we, as consumers, supposed to do with the product when it's broken or stops working? Last year, Horizon Goodwill recycled 88,618 lbs. of E-Waste (+44% from 2023) through Dell Reconnect.

At yesterday's Mobile Health Hub event in Winchester, VA--we, along with our site partners, were able to feed 101 people a hot breakfast ,hand out 82 backpacks with winter provisions, 7 sign ups for comprehensive harm reduction services and more:

It’s important to recognize that meaningful contributions can also manifest in smaller, everyday actions like providing a warm coat, a meal, a supportive ear, or a free health screenings. These all represent significant ways to make a difference in your community, for your neighbors.

Hi! We're Horizon Goodwill. We originate from Hagerstown, MD but have 18 retail stores in counties in MD, WV, VA and PA and three resource centers We are a local nonprofit run by a local board of directors. Yes, we're actually a non profit. No, our CEO doesn't make a million dollars.
