Don't get me wrong, SEGA probably did have a hand in a lot of the negative decisions RGG have made but there's only so many rakes a publisher can force a studio to step on

It didn't help the launch was full of ports where nearly all but Cyberpunk were just keys to unlock a download for the games
Now did Cyberpunk being a full game on cart help it become the highest selling 3rd party game or was it the novelty of having Cyberpunk on a portable console? Who can say
