Seems like they are spending a lot of time posturing before making a foregone conclusion and decision. The posturing part must be as important to them as the result. Thank you for standing up to them, evidence wise.

I can see the use of an AI app that can be personally trained by the user for output (internal summaries, notes). And one for patients that could help them remember and interpret medical visits (a tougher one to train). Specific things, not the deluge of untrustworthy stuff we are getting now.
