I go to an old man type gym as well and I’m usually the only one on free weights, it is super nice. Sometimes I swim laps alone too. Clean, empty pool with low chlorine, life is good

It’s usually women staying with subpar men. Setting a horrible example for their daughters about self-worth and a horrible example for their sons about how women deserve to be treated. “Staying together for the kids” is actually “staying together because it’s easier”

Staying together for the kids just raises them in an uncomfortable and often emotionally unsafe environment while also showing them that toxic and/or incompatible relationships are the norm.
