Try to pull back from giving yourself too many tasks to complete in a day. The only time limit are the ones you give yourself 😊
Also, there's plenty of other very chill games out there - maybe give Stardew Valley a break so you can enjoy it again.

The whole Dune series really is a masterpiece. How Herbert envisaged all of the lore, technology, politics and kept it in their head throughout each book fascinates me.
