These type of jobs may be shit, but that makes them jobs nonetheless and disabled people need these types of jobs. I honestly think you and her and others are refusing to listen to us disabled voices

Ok, I’m sharing an experience as a disabled person to why this is not ok to say. I’m using my voice to speak up against what I think is wrong to say to us in the disabled community. If you want to ignore what we have to say, don’t consider yourself an ally/empathetic to us.

Oh yeah I agree that the work is terrible. But the way she went around it was judging those who do that work. I’m disabled myself and I do the work. I’m fortunate to be able to do it as supplementary to our household income but it’s hard for me to keep a “normal” job

Apparently telling disabled people that their job is “not a job” is empathizing with exploited workers. Disabled people deal with people everyday saying they should get a job to be worth smth in society. Having this job, as a disabled person, gives me the ability to live and feel worthy.

Look at your whole thread then. You’re shit talking people who work for the food delivery jobs and those who order from them when a lot of disabled people both do that job (which you put in quotations) and who can’t go outside or cook for themselves. It’s not a cold take it’s a shit take. Do better
