Depends on the goal. If I'm trying to maximize WR, I'll take crown because it's a giant bomb that'll usually win me the game when it resolves. If I'm trying to 3-0, however, I'll take scout because a truly busted deck will win from a free land every turn just as often and scout is easier to use.
