You might have inspired a business plan for the spare house. Hound friendly (secure garden, hounds allowed on beds, hound sitting available etc.) in N. Yorks. 10 miles from York, within striking distance of the moors, dales and coast. It could work!

We'd invite you to stay in our spare house (it's complicated, don't ask) for free, but it's a hovel because mum has lost the will to do cleaning and decluttering. Hope you find somewhere completely dog friendly that doesn't require remortgaging in order to afford it.

It has been suggested that there must be an employer who would pay good money to someone who could spend the day muttering "FFS!". That would be her dream job. She'd be awesome at that. 😂
