I will watch anything Rian Johnson releases.
Lots of talk about both his film work and his TV stuff (including three classic Breaking Bads). I suppose the Game of Thrones ep he might have directed was the Ian McShane one?

I know “We Built This City” has a “worst song of all time” reputation but I’ve always disagreed. It rocks. The joy in that song will not be denied.

When I was in 8th grade at a private Christian school I learned that, in addition to the earth being 6000 years old, it was once surrounded by a canopy of water that allowed people to live to up to 900 years old. That was in science class. Anyway, school vouchers are a bad idea.

“Amen’s OK. Amen can’t really shoot but he wears pink shoes so he thinks he looks cool,” Reed said.

I love this team.
The thing I just can’t get over is that in 2016 and 2024 there were good honorable men and women running in the Republican primary. But so many people in this country didn’t want good or honorable. They wanted the bigot.

I’ve always imagined film versions of C.S. Lewis’ Space Trilogy wherein Ralph Fiennes plays Ransom and Gary Oldman plays Weston. As these actors age this idea just gets better.
