Friends! Another update on @KokoPimento's merch! There have unfortunately been complications related to the socks resulting in a product that no longer aligns with what was sold, in design or quality. Thus we've made the difficult decision with Koko to cancel the socks. We're very sorry for this disappointing update. All sock orders will be refunded starting immediately. We're removing the tariff fee!

If your order had a tariff fee applied, it will be getting refunded for all applicable items!

Many of our Chinese suppliers have been working to alleviate the pressures of the tariffs, thus we've decided to remove the blanket tariff fee on all products coming from China. For now only a very limited selection of products will be affected by the tariffs and those will receive the fee only if the Creator and our team decide it's necessary(probably not). Thanks to everyone that has supported their favorite creators through these troubling times! As we receive items from recent pre-order runs that had the fee, we'll be processing refunds of all tariff fees that were unnecessary! This will take some time as we'll be verifying each order's fee manually, but if you have any questions about your fee refund, please reach out to us via our contact page: hovercat.com/contact

Friends! While doing final steps after the merch drop, @kokopimento.bsky.social found some discrepancies in our after drop report. This lead us to realizing that Koko's Comfy mug had been being sold far above an acceptable price! It was listed for $30 when it was intended to be listed for $18. For all who purchased the mug, refunds of $12 per mug and the applicable taxes are already being processed! I'm very sorry for this misstep and I'm committing us to increasing our pre and mid drop verifications as there is no excuse for this to have happened. Logan
