This week, ICN launched the #Nursing Leadership for Crisis Response and Recovery (NLCRR) in Kyiv. 24 Ukrainian #nurse leaders joined the in-person session of this programme, strengthening crisis leadership and resilience amid conflict. Made possible through the #NursesforPeace campaign.

Just appalling. We believe that at least one #nurse was amongst the fatalities. This must stop. The lack of adherence to international law represents a loss of our collective humanity. Here again the @ICNurses Global Council of Nursing Representatives resolution.

Between 25-42% of nurses experienced a real decrease in their pay since ‘21 accorsing to @ICNurses global survey of nursing associations.For between 42-65% pay stayed the same. As we know this for many is already from a low base. The worlds nurses need a pay rise.
