The white queers haven't quite cracked that "roommate age preferences" is low key ageism. But I just don't have the spoons to dialogue with them about the shame they experience coming out as "curiosity."

This is your reminder that no matter how many gears you've got on your dually, they don't help you STOP. SO UNLESS YOU GREW UP DRIVING ON THE ICE AND SNOW SLOW DOWN OR STAY HOME.

GADS.

Last night I drove up to the pharmacy window and they literally pulled down the shade and popped in a sign that read, "Pharmacist not on duty."
Anyway, Walgreens sucks and I'm looking for a new pharmacy or start putting my mortar and pestle to work.

I’m going to tell you something that’s going to ruin your weekend.

You’ve been using “writ large” all wrong.

I know.

Take solace. Anyone who hasn’t corrected you yet doesn’t know what it means anyway.

Except me. I’m just too busy to convince you.

When I'm cooking I think I should go all in and have a sourdough starter as part of my pantry.

Then I remember what sourdough tastes like.

And then I tell myself I have more days behind me than ahead and bread that tastes bad isn't a good use of those days.

Sardines and pickled herring, though.

An organization of historic levels of corruption — see: www.libraryjournal.com/review/red-c... — propping up an administration engaged in historic levels of corruption with a cartoonishly corrupt "prize."

It was inevitable!
this shit is just beyond parody, man

I'm at the stage in my middle age where I'm just repeating what my middle-aged teachers used to tell me whenever I come across a non-Indigenous person being incredulous at me:
TAKE AS MUCH TIME AND RE-READ THE MATERIAL AS YOU NEED.

It is the fourth Thursday in November and here we are again, reminding everyone else that you’re on our land for the 404th year since our Wôpanâak relatives took pity on these raggedy Christians. And we’ve been paying the price for our empathy ever since.

I shit you not, the anti-Indigenous euphemisms are sooo ingrained into this society that Devlin Barrett from the NYT literally said THIS ON THANKSGIVING WEEK.

I’m happy for the monogamous gays and lesbians who got their equal rights pulled from the fire today. BUT THIS IS YOUR REMINDER THAT TRANS AND NONBINARY FOLKS HAVE BEEN REPEATEDLY TARGETED AND LOST IN FRONT OF THIS SAME COURT.

New Minnesota passive aggression unlocked:

Someone not being able to hear me in an online meeting while:
They can hear everyone else.
Everyone else can hear me.

Whatever, you’re on our land, pay your damn rent.

Conversations with our neighbors is how we increase the visibility and support for Dr. DeWayne Davis, our FIRST CHOICE for Minneapolis Mayor and Sen. Omar Fateh, our SECOND CHOICE for mayor. Take a moment to sign up for a shift this week with both campaigns: linktr.ee/outfrontpac

Minnesota wouldn’t exist without the 11 tribal nations that call this place home. Our 2SLGBTQ communities wouldn’t be as strong as we are without the leadership of our Indigenous leaders in state, city, and tribal government. We celebrate Indigenous Peoples Day in MniSota always.
