Not for a while probably. I do have another cat which has helped soften the blow a bit, but she's not as cuddly as Strider was. She's a sweetie and I love her though. I got her a few years ago as Strider got up in age. I knew I'd need another cat to help me through when he eventually passed.

Thank you. Yeah he was with me for 60% of my life, so trying to figure out life without him has been difficult. I have been finding a lot of comfort in photos and videos.

This was our third (kinda fourth) pet that we've lost in various Novembers. And we have another sick cat here as well. November is a notoriously bad month for our pets.

November is cursed for our pets. We've been in and out of the emergency vet all month. First with Mom's cat, and now mine. It seems like my baby is in his final days, and we're trying one last ditch effort for mom's cat. There's a very real possibility we'll lose them both soon though.
