Amid growing calls for the abolition of ICE, Rep. Delia Ramirez is calling for the entire DHS to be dismantled. Highlighting how much experience the officers who killed Renee Good and Alex Pretti had, Ramirez said, “DHS was built to violate our rights and has been empowered to act with impunity.”
House Democrat Says Abolishing ICE Isn’t Enough — DHS Must Go, Too
“The problem isn’t ‘training.’ DHS was built to violate our rights,” said Rep. Delia C. Ramirez.

The Trump Administration CANNOT be trusted to truthfully investigate their federal agents. Given what happened in Minnesota, they've made this clear.

Our local and state law enforcement have the absolute authority to investigate any potential crimes committed by federal agents.
The federal government’s response to the recent tragic deaths of Renee Good and Alex Pretti in Minnesota make clear that this administration cannot be trusted to cooperate in the investigation of potential state law crimes committed by federal agents.

Under the guise of an easier workday and increased productivity, Google has been exposing more and more of its users to Gemini.

They say data won't be used for training, but Google hasn’t been reliable in the past.

So how do we get rid of this unwanted digital twin? ♊️

This isn't about "training issues." The murderer who executed Renee Good has been with ICE for 10 years, and according to DHS, the murderer who executed Alex Pretti has been there for 8 years.

These aren't "new recruits," or officers that can be "retrained." ICE can't be reformed. Abolish ICE.

Governor Mills could have signed LD 1971 into law last June. Instead, she delayed until a few weeks ago and it won’t be enforced for months.

She could have protected Mainers against ICE. But she didn’t.

That’s not leadership. That’s just Susan Collins with a D next to her name.

New from me and @zeyiyang.bsky.social: Many people noticed that TikTok glitched out over the weekend, as people across the country attempted to post about ICE raids in MN. The company says it was a data center outage, but that hasn't quelled suspicions of censorship.

Naming someone is not doxxing. They aren’t undercover. They aren’t intelligence agents overseas. This is outrageous - we are supposed to be a free Republic and these people want an authoritarian police state. Lawsuits should be filed & ranking Dems in Congress should act.
