When i get sick my anxieties subside and allow me to just focus on myself. It's not the break that it sounds like; keep in mind when I'm sick, I'm miserable and depressed. Now that I'm starting to feel better my depressions starts to subside and my anxieties return too soon.

Just having an off couple of days...

Kaitlyn found all of the presents ahead of time. She said she wasn't snooping, but they were hidden in multiple locations around the house.

Mentally off balance today, spending the evening ignoring the news and working on RPG prep for the weekend.

Volunteered yesterday for food bank, overexerted myself. Today I had too much to do, and got nothing done. Tomorrow, just going to relax, maybe get one thing done. Not sure what.

Happy about having a Game Night, but worried about power steering.
