The HRfunc website www.hrfunc.org is loaded with tutorials and video guides for new users. This is where you can upload HRFs you estimate to be shared with the fNIRS community. Follow this account for updates on HRFs that are submitted to the HRtree and upgrades to the HRfunc library.

The HRfunc website www.hrfunc.org is loaded with tutorials and video guides for new users. This is where you can upload HRFs you estimate to be shared with the fNIRS community. Follow this account for updates on HRFs that are submitted to the HRtree and upgrades to the HRfunc library.
The HRfunc tool is an open-source python library we’ve developed. The integrated HRtree allows user’s to submit HRFs, share with others, and search for HRFs based on sample characteristics and task. We hope this tool is a step in harmonizing and standardizing fNIRS studies.
