It's exactly this. Without VAR, the ref makes a mistake and it's annoying but fair enough, mistakes happen. With VAR, the ref makes a mistake and VAR has a chance to correct it but instead says no, that's fine, carry on. WTF, that's really, REALLY annoying.

I agree, customisation is key. Templates are fine if they can be made to look sufficiently different and not just everyone wearing the same (badly designed) shorts in different colours.

We'll wait and see I suppose. Would be strange to me if punishments are only applied to one half (albeit the much larger half) of the organisation.

Looks like every other team has them; a pretty lazy copy paste job from Adidas. I want teams to have unique kits. I wonder if they were all told when accepting the design?
