The 'automatic stabilizer' "Arbeidstijdverkorting", shortening the work week also exists in the Netherlands.
It requires government permission to use the unemployment funds, owned and overseen by employers and labor unions per sector, for it. It was used end 2008.
The UK doesn't have such laws?

Parking movable (mobile) gas generators on wheels on a site isn't part of a permit proces. The environmental permits are for operating a number of those generators on the site.

The typical permit contains an allowance for (monthly) test runs and an estimate for actual hours providing back-up power.

Datacenter diesel or gas turbines are deployed as back-up power generators. Permits are issued for that specific purpose.

Running the back-up generators non-stop until the utility grid connection upgrade was completed is the real environmental problem.
Musk isn't unique in that behavior.

Someone seems to overlook the fact all these buildings re-using datacenter residual heat would need a different heat source if the datacenters would be moved out into space.

Also 800 kW is tiny compared to the dozens of MW already installed on the IT-floors in Amsterdam Science Park datacenters.

But on earth you can deploy easily the same liquid cooled computation capacity in for instance Amsterdam Science Park, a global internet hub, where the residual heat from several large datacenters is re-used to heat university (lab) buildings, dormitory rooms and apartments.

Dat soort zaken worden met regelmaat opgelegd door de partij die het programma uitzend. Die contracten zijn enorm gedetailleerd.
Sommigen verbieden bijv. terugspoelen.

Ik heb een tijdje bij Xs4all abonnement KPN- TV gehad en toen viel mij op dat bij de BBC-kanalen er ook aparte restricties waren.

Hoe meer ik reflecteer, des te absurder het wordt.

Je krijgt straks van die situaties met openlijk vertoon etc. waarvan bijv. (AV-)beelden rondgaan en dan gaan mensen op social media personen identificeren voor 'aangiftes'.

Doxing is nu verboden, maar dat gaat om publiek adresgegevens verspreiden.

Daar keken indertijd en zelfs nu nog wel wat mensen anders tegenaan.

Het issue hier is: wanneer je dit in het Wetboek van Strafrecht zet, dan zet je ook de deur wijd open tot "aangiftes" doen.

De terminologie is verheerlijken. Dit T-shirt is juist zo'n fraai voorbeeld, omdat Che Guevara ermee wordt verheerlijkt.
De man werd, vooral na zijn dood, een idool en symbool.

Che Guevara heeft serieuze terroristische handelingen op zijn naam staan en ook medestrijders standrechtelijk vermoord.

Je kunt erg goed beargumenteren, omdat een Large Language Model wordt getraind en de 'terroristische tekst' in de parameters van het model wordt opgeslagen, dat het model de 'verheerlijking' al 'in voorraad heeft'.
Het doel van ChatGPT en Grok is evident om zaken 'te verspreiden'.

Het tweede voorgestelde artikel heeft ook "in voorraad heeft om verspreid, openlijk tentoongesteld of aangeslagen te worden" en er is dus zelfs nog een "zangverbod".

En als een AI-LLM als ChatGPT of Grok terroristische taal gaat uitslaan, zet je dan straks Sam Altman of Elon Musk in de cel?

De Amerikaanse autofabrikanten op die van Tesla na, zijn vooral gevestigd in Detroit en de Mid-West steden, die bolwerken zijn van de Democraten.
