We are deeply committed to the future of this neighborhood, which includes the transformation of the former power plant into a walkable, vibrant extension of Old Town North, featuring a mix of uses that reflect the character of this community and more than 10 acres of new or improved open space.

The “Taste” (as locals call it) is all about what makes this neighborhood so special: the neighbors, the small businesses, the food and music, and the sense of connection that brings us all together. It’s a true celebration of community spirit.
