They could have just opened Girlguiding up to all genders, the same way Scouts did.
Tbh I was in Rainbows, Brownies, and Guides and this is the first I've even heard of Rainbows and Brownies being girls-only. And I guess our local group didn't get the memo because there was a boy in Rainbows.

I think a likely long term outcome of this is Girlguiding fading into obscurity. "Your child must have a vagina to join" is an incredibly creepy rule. Scouts are all-inclusive, so friend groups can join up together. And there are already more Girl Scouts than there are Girl Guides anyway.

I was in someone’s car the other day and that screen popped up a random stupid notification like “do you want to stop and refuel soon?” (The fuel situation was nowhere near urgent.)
Maybe they want people to crash so they can sell more cars to replace all the crashed ones?

…Marx was very, very famously opposed to child labour. He compared child labour to making child sacrifices to Moloch. That passage is specifically criticising the Gotha Program for advocating child labour.
