Your daily reminder that gas is not, in fact, $1.88 a gallon anywhere in the United States…. And that the average price is still over $3 a gallon….

I’ve kept receipts. The one of the left is $2.69. That screen shot was taken 11/16/2024. The one on the right, same eggs at $4.49, was taken today 4/30/2025. Their math isn’t mathing at all.

Eggs on the left 11/16/2024 . Eggs on the right 4/30/2025. It looks to me as if they’re not down at all. They’re up. Unless I just completely misunderstand numbers, and how they line up….
