I think Musk helped him steal the last one, but I've got no proof. And it didn't help that "we" tried to tamp down the J6rs with all that pre-election shit about a "safe and secure" election. If it's even close this time, it's rigged.

Teachable moment: I once wanted to call Trump a liar, but my anticipatory self-argument reminded me that all politicians are liars. Sure, Trump is on another level. But politicians should remember, their conduct can dissuade truth. Especially when it counts.

And therein lies the difference. Biden said (correctly) Trump is an existential threat. The SCOTUS gave Biden the go ahead to roll Trump up. Biden failed. His defenders ask "What was he supposed to do? Start a civil war?" The answer is "Yes." That's what leaders do if threats are existential.
