Went to Punjab in late Dec 2024 till early week of Jan 2025.
Then went again last week, April 2025. The change in seasons from Winter 5°C to Summer 38°C in months really took me off guard as someone who lives near the Equator.
I miss the food. Can eat it every day

Hawa Mahal in old Pink City.
Its name translates to “Wind Palace” and the structure is attached to a zenena, aka “women’s chambers” for the queen & her entourage.
The windows allow for them look out into the streets w/o anyone being able to see them.

Masala Chai (tea) with jaggery is better than with sugar. Feels more milky to me. A glass a day is enough 🥰
