Antead develop an unusually close, symbiotic relationship with the Ballshrooms in their environment, because the network has a stronger effect on their instinct-driven minds. It was long thought that the mushrooms literally control the Beastie, but this was proven wrong through thorough testing.

I caved and did the obvious thing for today's #beastoberball prompt...but I think it came out fairly well all things considered!

Day 5: zombie!

Let it be known I did remember to do a drawing for day 4, it was just a bit spoilery, so...oops

Hoodread aren't known to be the strongest, being far less tough than they look, but they're masters at the emotional and mental game on the Beastieball court. They fan out their hoods to psych out and intimidate opposing teams with their appearance, striking the doubtful and mentally weakened.

I realize I should be saying what the prompt was for these #beastoberball posts, huh?

So...here's what I made for day 3: demon!

Jackarob are known to be pests in urban settings, stealing food not using stealth but using trickery. They approach people wide eyed, cutely, then stuff it into their cotton tails and dart off with it. They especially love sweets.

This came out far dumber than I'd intended as a concept but here we are.
Day 2 of #beastoberball!

Clampto hollow out special coconuts that evolved to look an awful lot like sportsballs, to serve as their homes and as armor. This trick often works too well, with underwater Beasties playing ball with Clampto by tossing them around!

...nope. You'd be forgiven for thinking so, though!
That's just Clampto, a clever little Ballshroom mimic found on the ocean floor. #beastoberball

Deltarune yesterday

Yeah I only had time to do the grass type myself. It's okay though, that's the one I liked the best anyway
