In the states which HAVEN'T expanded Medicaid, you're eligible for APTC & CSR help from 100 - 250% FPL and APTC only from 250 - 400% FPL...but if you earn LESS than 100% FPL you're screwed, because you aren't eligible for either Medicaid *or* ACA subsidies.

Here's a table with different FPL income thresholds by # of people in the household, along with who will be eligible for different programs for 2026.
In Medicaid expansion states, you're eligible for Medicaid up to 138% FPL; for APTC & CSR from 138 - 250% FPL & for APTC only from 250 - 400% FPL.

I abhor every pixel in this photo. Duffy’s no socks and band-aid combo is both horrifying and fascinating. I would support a deep dive into whatever this is and why it will never be better than pajamas.
