Interestingly during the podcast they were talking about the phone hacking scandal and the behaviour of the police. Ian Hislop made a comment along the lines of "all large organisations end up like this, the Police, the Church, the NHS". 1/2

It’s weird. I am uber STEM person (Physics PhD, work in a CS University department etc.) The older I get the more I appreciate the importance of the humanities and the social sciences.
