Yes, have done that. Kiosks on the way to your track. Used to buy them for Amtrak rides upstate, too.

Generally agree. Haven’t eaten meat in a long time. Animals can be part of farm systems and grazers can benefit the land. But we can’t do it at the scale needed to satisfy westerner’s thirst for meat and it’s too expensive when done right. Beans for me!
