I actually agree with you. I just didn’t think there’s anything wrong with someone getting paid to tell someone to get more exercise, eat better, get some social interaction, etc… which are general guidelines that I feel life coaches give?

Apart from the fact that there’s no discernible science to life coaching, why should each person reinvent the wheel if someone has figured out some basics and willing to pass it on?

There’s also Couples Therapy with Orna Gurelnik. It’s just her sessions being edited for TV and not too bad to get your feet wet.
