Haha yeah I get that too. I have a hunch many of these people haven't ever had to question their spending, let alone know how to. It's easier for them to just pay the ignorance tax and be told the food quality is good through the marketing.

There's a salary in LA some people might call "middle class" (which is like 250-400k salary) which to the average person is stupid rich but is by no means particularly wealthy by LA standards. They shop there. Also people who only cook like once a week.

I'm hoping this gets better as subsequent generations begin to resent the internet and assign more value to in person things (assuming they aren't COMPLETELY priced out). But for now, yes it sucks and it shouldn't be like this.

It has a lot to do with most people's relationship with art. They see themselves in it, and to the same extent see themselves in the artist. To disown that can rightfully feel like cutting off your own hand.

Happened to me as well, I think it's their GPS gating thinking you're trying to share your account with another household. I think I had to log out/in making sure I was on the same wifi as the "working" devices.

does it do the thing where it doesn't show you any channel options and defaults to some free channel when you open live?
