I don't like wording here as it implicitly blames police investigation. I think the situation is more complicated than that as he was such a high profile.

I think he might have been extremely scared of falling because the recent years was the peak of his career. Also, by the nature of the alleged conduct(affair and drug), it might be difficult for him to get some moral support from his family as well.

Yeah, it is always illegal to Korean people as Korean law applies to their citizens instead of where it was conducted. Which means if a Korean smokes weed in Canada, South Korea will punish the person once they find out.

The total amount seems actually low for fine dining for four people because they did not order course meals, and just one bottle of wine. It would have been more than $3k if they did, and if you think about the gratuity for that, it would have been massive LOL.

As a salaried employee, I think it really comes down to the amount of work assigned to you and your productivity. Quiet quitting only makes sense when a fair amount of works is assigned and you are capable.

I personally don’t think I don’t have not enough vacation (I have 3 weeks + 5 personal timeoff days)
However, I remember I felt in that way tight after college as summer break and winter break were several months.
So, yeah, comparing with those breaks, I don’t have enough vacation time.

Would that settle people in Israel? I’m not sure how realistic targeted attacks can be accurately made, and how effectively Israel people would feel ease from the anger. it is a difficult decision to make.

I don’t agree with genocide. However, it is difficult for me to think what an acceptable realistic revenge would have been.

Well, I don’t necessarily agree because innovation does not always mean quit your job and follow your passion. There could be a plenty of domains you can innovate where you are currently at. That is basically what all IT engineers are asked for.

I don't like Elon's statements recently because I feel like he is trying to gas-light the public.... as customer experience is not something one can state good or bad. It should be proven by data.
