If you don't want to work with those MPs, I get it. But I think you need to be honest about the number of political options available to us. My red line is whether they will support a platform that radically reverses the attack on trans rights, and I'm fully prepared to be flexible up to that point.

Trying to build a left electoral vehicle in the UK in 2025 is 95% 'I really wouldn't start here' and 5% making the best of the resources available to you. Amongst those resources are the unprecedented number of independent MPs to the left of Labour (on most issues).
