Looking at a post of a girl my same height and weight talking about how she sometimes ate 300g of chicken at once and generally ate more than 200g of protein in a day in her clean bulk... ma'am, please. i would rather die.

i would say that i could lean into it and eventually switch to a bulk but the thought of a clean bulk makes me wanna barf tbh... i don't wanna eat more meat i don't wanna 😩

I'm not seeing the growth that I'm hoping for but I also feel like I'm not seeing as many breaks? They're still happening and slowing things down, but not quite as reliably. I only had one heart-wrenching break this week instead of like, three.

Maybe she's talking about how much of her weight is lean muscle mass rather than total weight?? But unless I'm losing my touch WRT reading comprehension that is not at all clearly communicated by this post

I'm 5'6, I've been as low as 120 at this height. The BARE MINIMUM for this kind of physique at 5'6 is 125, and even then 130s+ is more likely. Don't piss me off!!!
