It is reasonable to be sad or angry about what is happening. Allowing yourself to feel emotion and understanding those emotions can give you information.
Feelings do not control you, but you can use them to guide you if you let yourself tune in!

Traumatized, no doubt. I was sick to my stomach with worry about how I'll afford my two children's medications without help.
If anyone reading this is hiring for a job that pays a livable wage, I'd love to be able to live on my own terms. Currently homeless, so I'm available for remote work only.
