The man is the city! The man is the country! The man is the world! Society is a reflection of the people of that society. Politicians are a reflection of their society.

In these elections the conflict is between the elite class members not the poor average people. The elites tap into their grievances in order to replace the elite members who are in power currently. They play a game while the poor people’s lives won’t change. Gilded age of 1850s.

Unless the influence of money is eliminated in elections we are going to remain the Plutocracy that we are! The Citizens United is an example of money in politics the rational is money is speech protected by 1st amendment. You can justify anything.

The unexamined life is not worth living for human beings. The animal life is the unexamined life not worthy of human beings. What makes human life worth living is the pursuit of philosophy, questioning, pondering, evaluating, bringing the possibility of meaning and negation.

Strauss-all political action aims at either Preservation (preventing the change for the Worst) or Change (bringing about change for the Better). Conservatism aims at preserving values it deems important to protect, Liberalism aims at changing certain values it deems bad.(1/3)

Corporations need the universities to produce a certain kind of laborer. They don’t want everyone educated properly,if they are properly educated there will be a huge vacuum in the retail labor pool, since most people will refuse to work retail. This corporations can not afford.

Billionaires who claim to be populist is either too bored wanting to engage with the masses for entertainment or has other ulterior motives like worried about their investments being in danger etc. They belong to a totally different class- (the haves)

Einstein was a Spinozist. Spinoza was a strict determinist through and through that is the reason Einstein could not accept the indeterminist theory of quantum physics where predictive aspect of scientific theory breaks down. Einstein was dogmatic unfortunately.

There is a binary choice in the US election the right wing fascism or left wing socialism. This binary choice is inevitable because of the economic circumstances. Given the economic circumstances= typical political movements i.e. fascism or socialism: history repeats.

With sensory perception we have direct impression of determinate objects (particulars) say a glass of water, there is before and after temporal relations above below right and left spatial relations. Temporal and spacial relations are universals imposed on nature by the mind.

I don’t think the election is rigged that assumes the system was not rigged now it is rigged therefore I don’t vote. American democracy has been hijacked by corporations it is a plutocracy not a democracy that is why I won’t vote for either of the fake representatives.

Nietzsche is definitely worth reading. When I read Wittgenstein and Nietzsche it is impossible not to feel strong intellectual emotions. Philosophy is not just an intellectual activity for these two philosophers, it is a matter of life and death. Human all too human!!!!!

People are easily deceived. People are brain washed about how they need the big corporations to create jobs and if they are not bailed out or subsidized the economy will collapse. We saw during Covid no one starved. The greeds of a few people is the source of misery of many.

World is plutocracy. Mankind were liberated on 1776 American revolution, 1789 French revolution and 1917 Russian revolution.They were inspired by the Age of Enlightenment. Reason was finally liberated from the chains of ignorance but now money is the new master, back in chains.

Most people are worried about themselves they care about their self interest. There is nothing wrong with caring for one’s self interest. There is a huge gap between the person and his self interest. The person might make the wrong judgment in regard to what is to his interest.
