So, the total amount ALL Americans receive will dictate fees health providers will charge, then insurance companies will determine risks associated with those fees and total amount Americans receive, and ins. will determine who are the high/med/low risk buyers. Just go with universal healthcare!

Yes, while democracy slept, while the collective 'we' are our own worst enemy who actually voted or 'non-voted' for congress's that made the tax laws making the wealthy richer and more powerful, for creating monopolies that control the economy, all by cleverly having voters focus on social issues.

Their focus, reason for being is to gorge and grow, they will take whatever is given them and it is government of, for and by the people that need to act as referees assuring an equal balance for society. However, since 1978 or so, wealth share has concentrated in a few and monopolies rule.

Would add Trump is raiding the US Treasury. Need an immediate audit of tariffs sent to Treasury. Of course, Trump will say all 'official' business with the Roberts immunity ruling, stealing with a license. This is why Trump is fighting reimbursing the US Importers of Record, CFR Title 19.
