Yes, I did read that BBC article. Always good to see our fave subject get time for the wider public. I had 110 sites in Here and Worc become LGS due to stacks of fieldwork, and all for public awareness. Some are awesome places to be and full of beauty

Creative thinking to get rid of it. Some Soudley furnaces dumped into brook when hot. It has formed a stream bed crust. How much history is in this?

Bury under huge slab of rock called mort stone. Many moons ago a big chief was buried so to confuse the public as to where exactly, they placed huge mort stones over several places, and now we call it Stonehenge.
